Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place your order, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer the following options for shipping within the United States:

  • Free Shipping: All domestic orders of $150 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Collector-Grade Packaging: We use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and other protective materials to ensure your items arrive in mint condition. We know how important box condition is!

International Shipping

We are thrilled to ship to collectors around the globe! International shipping rates and times vary depending on your location.

  • Calculated at Checkout: Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also track your order directly on our site by visiting the Track Order page.

Pre-Orders

  • Shipping Dates: Pre-ordered items have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
  • Split Shipments: If you place an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order for them.
