Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible payment options through Shop Pay Installments.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in the processing stage and we cannot guarantee changes. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please note that pre-orders have a specific cancellation policy (see below).
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during the checkout process in the "Discount code or gift card" field.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes 3-7 business days. For more details, please see our Shipping Info page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to collectors all over the world! International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status on our Track Order page.
Products & Stock
Are all your products authentic?
Absolutely. We are collectors ourselves and authenticity is our highest priority. We only source products from official, authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every item we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic.
An item I want is sold out. Will you restock it?
Some limited edition items may not be restocked once they sell out. For other items, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. This is the best way to be notified as soon as an item is available again.
What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve a new, upcoming item before it is released. The estimated release date is listed on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.
What if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you want your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
Cosmic Coins Loyalty Program
What is the Cosmic Coins program?
Cosmic Coins is our free loyalty program that rewards you for shopping with us! You earn points for every purchase, for leaving reviews, and for following us on social media. You can redeem these points for discounts on future orders.
How do I join?
All customers with a store account are automatically enrolled. If you don't have an account, you can create one during checkout or on the account registration page.
How do I check my balance?
You can view your Cosmic Coins balance and redeem rewards by logging into your store account and visiting the Cosmic Coins page.
