Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be thrilled with every piece you add to your collection. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original packaging, and in its sealed container. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original shipping box (or a new one) and include the RMA number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the item you desire before it sells out.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please do the following:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and include photos of the damaged item and the shipping box.
  3. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Pre-Orders & Sale Items

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a pre-order, the funds will be converted to store credit.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale and cannot be returned.
